Jett (Aust) Pty Ltd and its related bodies corporate, any of their directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents or shareholders ("Jett Australia’s Associates") will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Any faulty product shall be exchanged if proven to be a manufacturing fault & not caused by improper use or by not following the Instructions set out!

Jett (Aust) Pty Ltd will solely determine the validity of each exchange & credit directly to each customer. No refunds shall be accepted unless deemed an acceptable reason to solely Jett (Aust) Pty Ltd, who will determine the validity of each individual claim!

Never leave this product in use or turned ON while unattended.
This product should never be used by any person suffering from:

• any medical, psychiatric or other condition that may affect their ability to operate the product’s controls; 
• any medical, psychiatric or other condition involving any Sensory deficiency.

Jett Australia and Jett Australia’s Associates recommend that persons seek medical advice prior to using for professional, strenuous weight loss purposes. This applies mainly to the Sweat Vests.
The Heat vests can be worn under any other outer garments for extra warmth, such as Jackets & are perfectly safe for long term use or as the wearer desires.

A failure to follow the above safeguards may cause fire, serious personal injury, loss and damage.

You further acknowledge and agree that, subject to the section herein dealing with "Limitation of Liability", Jett Australia and its Associates will not be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for product liability, personal injury or negligence resulting from use of goods or services supplied to you, or on behalf of you, by Jett Australia and its Associates.

Any liability of Jett Australia and its Associates in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any liability which cannot be excluded or breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Jett Australia and its Associates be limited to the replacement or repair of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods or the payment of the cost of obtaining equivalent goods.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria and any courts, which may hear appeals from those courts.

You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against Jett Australia and its Associates which relate to or are incidental to any transaction involving products purchased by you or any person on your behalf from Jett Australia and its Associates.

You agree to indemnify and hold Jett Australia and its Associates harmless from and against any and all claims, loss or expense that may be incurred by Jett Australia or its Associates which relate to or are incidental to the performance of its duties as described in these Terms and Conditions including all costs of defending themselves against a claim by any other person and/or as a result of you taking any action or refraining from taking any action or instituting or defending any action or legal proceeding.

You further agree to indemnify and hold Jett Australia and its Associates harmless from any claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the products, the breach of these Terms and Conditions by you, or the infringement by you, of any right of any person or entity.

Before use read the Terms and Conditions of Use supplied with the product including the disclaimer, limitation of liability, release and indemnity.

any medical, psychiatric or other condition involving any Sensory deficiency.

Jett Australia and its Associates recommend that persons seek medical advice prior to using this product for strenuous weight loss.

A failure to follow the above safeguards may result in serious personal injury, damage and fire.

GUARANTEE

All Jett products come with a 12 month guarantee on heating element, switch/controller and charger.  3 month guarantee on batteries and vest.

The guarantee will be voided if the instructions that accompany the products are not followed correctly. Proof of purchase is required for exchange or refund on any product.

Please ensure that you charge the battery at least once month, even when not in use, to insure that the battery life is sustained.
