All Jett products come with a 12 month guarantee on heating element, switch/controller, vest and charger.  6 month guarantee on batteries .

The guarantee will be voided if the instructions that accompany the products are not followed correctly. Proof of purchase is required for exchange or refund on any product.

Please ensure that you charge the battery at least once month, even when not in use, to insure that the battery life is sustained.
